Police booked Ralph Bradford Garrard, a suspect who we still know very little about whom is believed to live near the Shelby County regional area of Alabama, according to reports obtained by Southern Blotter on July 11, 2017.

Garrard was detained July 10, 2017, after having been levied with criminal allegations on unclassified charges. Records furthermore show that Ralph was released on July, 10 2017.
